About the role

  • Lead and manage project management consultancy services for building and infrastructure projects
  • Comprehensive oversight of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Act as the primary representative for the client to ensure all project objectives and quality standards are met

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale building or infrastructure projects
  • Experience in a PMC background is often preferred
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • In-depth technical knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, materials, and safety standards
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, BIM software)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or an equivalent certification is highly desirable
