About the role
- Lead and manage project management consultancy services for building and infrastructure projects
- Comprehensive oversight of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Act as the primary representative for the client to ensure all project objectives and quality standards are met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or a related technical field
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale building or infrastructure projects
- Experience in a PMC background is often preferred
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- In-depth technical knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, materials, and safety standards
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, BIM software)
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or an equivalent certification is highly desirable
