About the role

  • To manage, develop and deliver B&I services in the respective domain.
  • Responsible for the entire commercial, technical, and operational activities related to B&I service South zone.
  • Managing business targets of division, managing team and clients.
  • Support profit & Loss accountability for B&I SOUTH ZONE and achieve revenue targets.
  • Support for setting up an optimized organisation, managing and developing people in line with yearly budget of B&I SOUTH ZONE.
  • Define and drive initiatives to ensure operational excellence, quality outcome and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and local statutory, industrial & legal requirements and BV group guidelines, including safety, Ethics, Technical, Quality and Risk management.
  • Responsible for quality and timely report submission.
  • Coordination in Providing detailed scope of work along with timelines.

  • Should be a ‘Go to Market’ attitude personnel with ability to connect people, client contacts at higher level & should be able to convert contacts into business.
  • Good communication skills verbal, writing and presentation.
  • Ability to comprehend technical issues quickly.
  • Ability to work and build teams

  • Should have good leadership abilities and skills.
