About the role
- Provide practical, compliant guidance to managers on employee relations matters
- Manage a varied ER caseload for our Bumble Tech function
- Apply and interpret company policies and employment legislation
- Record and manage cases accurately using our ER case management system
- Use ER case data to spot recurring themes and potential risks
- Partner closely with the Senior ER Advisor and Legal for decision-making
- Support compliance-related activity connected to right-to-work and visa processes
- Act as frontline support for employees and managers on queries
- Take accurate notes that capture the salient points of ER meetings
- Coach and support managers through performance related issues
Requirements
- Typically requires 2+ years of experience
- Hands-on experience supporting employee relations casework
- Solid understanding of UK employment law
- Experience using an ER or HR case management system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidentiality and professionalism are essential

- Familiarity with HR systems, documentation tools, and emerging AI-enabled workflows
- Experience in a global organization is welcome
