About the role
- Support global People Operations across the US and Europe
- Manage HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with European labor laws in partnership with local vendors and PEOs
- Maintain HR policies, documentation, and compliance records
- Partner with leadership on employee relations and performance matters
- Manage HR systems, reporting, and people data analytics
- Coordinate with external vendors and local employment partners
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in People Operations or HR leadership
- Hands-on experience with European labor laws and employment practices
- Experience working with US-based leadership teams
- Strong understanding of distributed and multicultural team environments
- Ability to work overlap with US and European business hours
