About the role

  • Shape the future of risk and payments operations across our partner network, directly impacting player experiences and driving operational excellence at scale.
  • Lead and inspire risk and payments teams across Patrianna's partner network, working closely with Product and Management teams to deliver on ambitious growth targets.
  • Own the complete operational flow for payment processing and risk controls, ensuring consistency, speed, and accuracy in every transaction.
  • Transform data into action by monitoring KPIs, identifying trends, and implementing improvements that exceed operational benchmarks.
  • Master AMOE processes across all partners, ensuring seamless crediting that meets both compliance and business needs.
  • Bridge departments by collaborating with Risk, Customer Support, and Product teams to create frictionless player journeys.
  • Drive innovation through detailed analysis, smart reporting, and process improvements that make a measurable difference.
  • Manage, coach, and develop high-performing teams, fostering accountability, engagement, and professional growth while ensuring clear performance standards are met.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience managing and scaling operational teams, ideally across risk, payments, or other high-transaction environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members—fostering accountability, performance, and continuous learning.
  • Operational leadership experience in payments, fintech, gaming, or similar industries where accuracy and speed matter.
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to turn complex data into clear insights and actionable improvements.
  • Collaborative spirit with experience bringing together diverse teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Problem-solving drive with a track record of identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that stick.
  • Industry awareness of social gaming trends, payment regulations, and emerging technologies.
  • Results orientation with experience in performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
