About the role
- Reporting directly to the Group CEO
- Contributing to legal strategy, governance, and compliance
- Advising the executive team on legal matters
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements
- Identifying and managing legal risk across the organisation
- Leading external counsel and overseeing legal disputes
- Coordinating with external advisors and preparing case materials
- Advising on intellectual property and corporate structuring
- Managing the legal function
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with approx. 7-10 years post qualification experience
- In-house exposure in gaming and digital sectors
- Proven track record of influencing executive teams and board members
- Detailed knowledge of Contracts and Agreements, M&A, Governance
- Intellectual Property and corporate structuring
- Data protection and Information Security
- Regulation and Compliance
