About the role

  • As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new and existing lending clients, specializing in all types of lending programs in Built SaaS product. The ideal candidate can translate client needs into executable project plans and lead clients through the on-boarding and change management process. This person should be a strong problem solver and collaborative team member.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Primary point of contact for the client
  • Management of a portfolio (6-9 estimated) of new customer implementation projects at a time
  • Runs weekly status and health communication to client stakeholders
  • Responsible for designing and configuring client’s version of the SaaS product
  • Responsible for discovery efforts on client workflows to properly define requirements and success criteria
  • Creates and maintains the client’s project plan and timeline
  • Partners with clients to determine training needs and required materials
  • Partners with internal Sales department during the Sales cycle to understand client needs
  • Responsible for optimizing client engagement and satisfaction with the platform
  • Represent the voice of the customer in cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams
  • Coach and assist more junior team members
  • Document best practices for the team and the business
  • Lead internal projects that support the team and the business
  • Willingness to travel within North America as required (estimated 20%)

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience implementing enterprise-level SaaS-based platforms (required)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience building complex financial models
  • 3–6+ years with direct client interaction
  • Ability to anticipate potential project pitfalls and proactively develop solutions
  • 3–5+ years of project plan creation and execution
  • Experience analyzing information, identifying patterns/anomalies, assessing implications, and implementing solutions
  • 4–6+ years’ experience with implementation lifecycle and testing methodologies
  • Strong situational leadership, dispute/conflict resolution, and customer service skills
  • 4–6+ years of managing and delivering complex projects with cross-functional teams
  • Residential, Commercial, and Home Builder Finance lending and/or construction experience (desired)
  • CRE Underwriting or Asset Management experience (desired)
  • Travel up to ~ 25%
