About the role
- Manage new and existing service requests for Treasury Management and Commercial Deposits products to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complex customer issues by leveraging your expertise and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and train colleagues to enhance team performance and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Deliver virtual training sessions for new and existing clients, creating tailored materials and ensuring effective product adoption.
- Collaborate with IT, Product, and third-party vendors to identify, report, and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in testing and implementation of new products or enhancements, serving as a subject matter expert for user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and industry regulations to protect customers and mitigate risk.
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency across implementation practices.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, accounting, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in financial services, operations, or a call center environment
- Working knowledge of Treasury Management and other non-lending products
- AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) certification (or ability to obtain within 2 years)
