Design, develop, and maintain core services within the banking and payment integrations layer.
Build and support features including cashback logic, transaction processing (e.g. Visa), and scheduled batch jobs for backend operations like reporting and debt collection.
Ensure robust, performant code and smooth deployment pipelines using modern cloud infrastructure.
Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
Transform UX/UI concepts into polished customer-facing product features and refine flows related to transaction histories, cashback programs, and user balances.
Share ideas, propose technical improvements, participate in planning sessions and code reviews to support team cohesion and knowledge sharing.
Take on additional tasks as needed and perform other related duties assigned by the client.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
Solid background in software development and system design.
Proficiency in Golang, AWS ECS, and Terraform, or equivalent programming languages and cloud infrastructure tools.
Experience working closely with Product and Design teams to bring product roadmaps to life.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience developing or supporting financial technology solutions.
