About the role
- Own and manage the merchandising calendar, ensuring key milestones across product development, buying, and allocation are met
- Lead seasonal set-up processes in relevant systems; maintain accuracy and data integrity across platforms
- Partner cross-functionally with Design, Development, and Production to manage product flow and timelines
- Monitor and optimize SKU lifecycle management — including product setup and classification
- Support the merchandising team in executing assortment strategies and line architecture
- Act as the primary point of contact for system-related merchandising inquiries and training
- Support go-to-market readiness across retail and digital channels with timely product data, delivery updates, and launch plans
- Bridge the gap between design, development, and production to ensure smooth seasonal execution from concept to customer
- Drive efficiency and alignment across Buck Mason’s merchandising lifecycle
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in merchandising operations, planning, buying, or related field (apparel experience is a must.)
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, systems, and timelines across multiple teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, ERP systems, and merchandising tools
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- High proficiency in Excel, PLM, and inventory management systems
