About the role
- Act in alignment with organizational IT strategy and business process design as defined by leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact within the procurement team for system-related topics.
- Coordinate with IT departments across operational companies to ensure system consistency and integration.
- Collect and analyze system-related requests and feedback from procurement users.
- Propose system and process improvement ideas to the Procurement leadership team.
- Support system implementation projects by representing the business side and ensuring user requirements are met.
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
- Provide basic training and documentation for procurement systems to internal users.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in procurement operations or business systems coordination.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and workflows.
- Experience working with ERP or procurement-related systems (user-side, not technical implementation).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- Preferred: Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment.
- Preferred: Familiarity with business process mapping or improvement methodologies.
- Preferred: Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
- Preferred: Experience in stakeholder management and change facilitation
