• Establish strong relationships with our biggest and most important customers
• Build best-in-class programs and processes to manage and engage with our top customers
• Iterate on the contract renewal process to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction
• Drive product adoption and revenue expansion with your accounts
• Share customer feedback and insights with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales and collaborate on opportunities to improve customer outcomes

• Provide executive support to the two founders and Co-CEOs: manage calendars, meetings, travel, and communications

• Coordinate People Operations: onboarding and off-boarding, maintain accurate employee records, support People Team documentation and internal communications
• Recruiting coordination: schedule candidate interviews, manage logistics (virtual setups, room bookings, materials), ensure seamless candidate and interviewer experience
• Office & vendor management: oversee office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships to maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming workplace

• Partner with our founders to define and drive Bubble’s architectural decisions, long-term engineering strategy, and technical roadmap.

About the Editor team: As part of the team working on Bubble’s core product, the Bubble Editor, you will help enhance our drag-and-drop interface that empowers users to build and design their applications. Our current focus includes modernizing the developer interface, reimagining the user experience for building out databases, and leveraging AI to provide users with contextual support.
About the role: You will have the opportunity to contribute to both product and technical direction, while working closely with senior engineers and learning from your colleagues. In this role, you’ll: Contribute to feature development by writing efficient, readable, well-tested, high-quality code for our core product on a daily basis
Drive initiatives to reduce technical debt to improve the longevity and performance of our codebase for years to come
