• SPS coordination
• Work closely with the client/owner (MOA) and the design/project team (MOE) to integrate safety requirements from the design phase
• Analyze risks related to co-activity and provide appropriate recommendations
• Coordinate the interventions of the different site stakeholders to ensure the safety and health protection of workers
• Prepare and update the General SPS Coordination Plan (PGC)
• Compile regulatory files (DIUO, site logbook/register, CISSCT for Category 1 operations, etc.)
• Verify the administrative and regulatory compliance of contracting companies
• Organize and lead CISSCT meetings
• Conduct joint inspections, harmonize site-specific safety and health protection plans (PPSPS) and monitor corrective actions
• Act as a local point of contact for your clients, support them at every stage of their projects and ensure their satisfaction
• Retain and grow a client portfolio by developing long-term, trust-based relationships
• Identify new business opportunities through your knowledge of the Paris economic landscape (local stakeholders, developers, owners, professional networks…)
• Actively contribute to the agency’s commercial development (tender responses, technical and financial proposals, prospecting)

• Analyze risks related to simultaneous work (co-activity) and make recommendations for interventions
• Coordinate on-site interventions to ensure safety and protection
• Compile the intervention dossier and update the General Safety Coordination Plan (PGC) at each new phase
• Verify administrative and regulatory compliance of contractors and site personnel in accordance with the PGC
• Establish the Inter-company Safety, Health and Working Conditions Committee (CISSCT) for category 1 sites
• Organize CISSCT meetings for category 1 sites
• Open and maintain the coordination logbook and the Dossier for Subsequent Interventions on the Building (DIUO) (inspection reports, instructions to be circulated, observations and notifications, notable health and safety events...)
• Conduct joint inspection visits and harmonize Specific Health and Safety Protection Plans (PPSPS)
• Support our clients through all stages of their needs and build long-term relationships
• Contribute to business development

Engineer

• Assurer le suivi technique des projets de construction (solidité, sécurité incendie, accessibilité handicapés, acoustique, thermique) de la conception à la réception des travaux en réalisant des études de projet, des analyses de plan, des vérifications sur chantier, des rédactions de rapports dans lesquels vous émettez des avis techniques.
• Contribuer au développement de l’agence en fidélisant vos clients et en leur proposant des services complémentaires pouvant répondre à leurs besoins.
• Collaborer dans l’élaboration de nouvelles offres.
• Participer à l’évolution de nos procédures en intervenant dans des groupes de travail ou en testant de nouveaux outils/logiciels.
• Accompagner vos clients dans toutes les étapes de leur besoin et les fidéliser dans le but de contribuer à leur entière satisfaction, tout comme au développement de l’activité de votre agence.
• Intervenir auprès du maître d’ouvrage sur des missions en contrôle technique de construction.

• Ensure the technical monitoring of construction projects (structural integrity, fire safety, accessibility for people with disabilities, acoustics, thermal performance) from design through to completion and handover
• Conduct project studies, plan analyses, on-site inspections, and prepare reports
• Contribute to the agency's growth by building client relationships and offering complementary services
• Collaborate in the development of new service offerings
• Participate in the evolution of procedures by taking part in working groups or testing new tools/software
• Support clients through all stages of their project requirements
