SPS Coordinator Level 1, Design & Construction

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- SPS coordination
- Work closely with the client/owner (MOA) and the design/project team (MOE) to integrate safety requirements from the design phase
- Analyze risks related to co-activity and provide appropriate recommendations
- Coordinate the interventions of the different site stakeholders to ensure the safety and health protection of workers
- Prepare and update the General SPS Coordination Plan (PGC)
- Compile regulatory files (DIUO, site logbook/register, CISSCT for Category 1 operations, etc.)
- Verify the administrative and regulatory compliance of contracting companies
- Organize and lead CISSCT meetings
- Conduct joint inspections, harmonize site-specific safety and health protection plans (PPSPS) and monitor corrective actions
- Act as a local point of contact for your clients, support them at every stage of their projects and ensure their satisfaction
- Retain and grow a client portfolio by developing long-term, trust-based relationships
- Identify new business opportunities through your knowledge of the Paris economic landscape (local stakeholders, developers, owners, professional networks…)
- Actively contribute to the agency’s commercial development (tender responses, technical and financial proposals, prospecting)
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience in SPS coordination
- Holder of CSPS Level 1 (Design & Construction) certificate
- Demonstrates rigor, autonomy and responsiveness
- Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable in client-facing environments
- Interest in business development and a good knowledge of the Paris-region market and its stakeholders
- Valid Category B driving license required
