About the role

  • Monitoring and management of our satellite services
  • Act as the first point of contact for faults, incidents and service interruptions — proactively keeping customers informed.
  • Lead incident and fault triage, driving rapid resolution and escalation.
  • Work closely with 2nd/3rd line teams, Ground Agents and international partners.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and clear communication with customers.
  • Operate Earth Station equipment
  • Monitor key site systems (fire alarms, power systems, heating, etc.).
  • Support continuous service improvement and optimisation.

Requirements

  • Someone who enjoys technically complex environments.
  • Strong problem solving skills under pressure.
  • Excellent customer focus and communication.
  • Ability to build strong team and customer relationships.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Role requires the ability to obtain and hold SC Clearance.
