About the role
- responsible for actively helping the implementation of any HR policies, systems, projects, and processes with strong change management action
- assist in the delivery of people processes and practices such as payroll programmes, HRIS management and data analysis related to employment, employee relations, employment practices and procedures
- provide an excellent HR customer service to colleagues by managing tasks effectively and within defined SLAs
- manage a wide range of administrative tasks related to the whole employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, employee record management, compliance cases, query management, offboarding process)
- produce accurate reports and conduct audits using MyHR (SuccessFactors) and other HR systems whilst ensuring adherence to confidentiality and data protection policies
- continuously deepen your expertise in the HR system to be able to effectively support stakeholders and colleagues
- assist with the implementation of people strategies and standard operational procedures in order to support the achievement of the organizational objectives
- execute your tasks in a timely and accurate manner, meeting all legal and regulatory requirements as well as the agreed performance objectives
- work alongside HR professionals on the implementation of transformation and change projects to improve the effectiveness of the business function
Requirements
- experience in managing HR operational tasks is an advantage
- ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
- flexibility and adaptability

- working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group setting to achieve common goals
- ability to recognize issues and bring forward solutions to improve the HR functions and processes
- proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook and Excel in particular)
- ability to focus on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes while delivering an outstanding service
- ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential information and situations
- experience working effectively in a matrixed, global organization
- excellent computer skills (including MS Office, SAP)
- strong data analytics skills (ability to use analytical skills and intuition to analyze data and interpret business insights and trends as well as use data to support decision making and develop the best solutions)
- English on a fluent level is required
- French on a fluent level is required
- knowledge of any other European language is an advantage.
