Ensure technical risks and issues are managed and mitigated
Provide leadership to the operational teams in moments of major customer jeopardy
Drive revenue generation, cashflow, EBIT, NPS and on time quality delivery

A diverse range of technical skills at an architecture level, deeper in a number:
WAN / LAN / Wi-Fi (e.g. HPE, Fortinet, Cisco)
Software defined networks (SDWAN, SDLAN, Segmentation)
Security (e.g. ZTNA, IAM, IDS/IPS, ZTNA, SASE, Firewalls)
Proxy Technology (e.g. Palo Alto, Bluecoat, Ivanti, Cisco)
Collaboration / Voice (e.g. MS Teams, Cisco, GSIP)
Contact Centres (e.g. Avaya, Genesys)
Public/private Compute / Cloud (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
Tooling / IaC (e.g. Netbrain, Terraform)
Strategy Development (e.g. discovery, requirements, road mapping, architecture)
Methodology (e.g. TOGAF, MBSE, ITIL, DevOps, etc.)
Architectural/Technical governance
