About the role
- Collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers to design and deliver reliable, fit‑for‑purpose digital solutions across both office-based and remote environments.
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs, build trusted relationships, and ensure solutions align with their priorities.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, simplifying complex challenges for a wide range of audiences.
- Take ownership of the end‑to‑end solution architecture lifecycle — from requirements gathering through to delivery readiness.
- Ensure all solutions meet required security, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to support successful project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement and influence better ways of working.
- Build strong partnerships across teams and support colleagues to achieve shared outcomes.
Requirements
- Advanced capability across key architecture and delivery disciplines
- Solution architecture, solution design, and system design (advanced)
- Requirements gathering, requirements analysis, and service delivery optimisation (advanced)
- Cloud compute experience, including infrastructure and platform solutions delivered via third‑party providers (advanced)
- Bid management, proposal development, and product roadmap development (advanced)
- Change management and technology strategy, with the ability to align solutions to business goals (advanced)
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Intermediate experience across areas such as risk management, regulatory compliance, business analysis, learning ability, and vendor management
- Specialist Contact Centre Expertise (one or more of):
- Data Centre Technology (DC Tech)
- Genesys Cloud Contact Centre
- Avaya Contact Centre
- Contact Centre Applications
