About the role
- Work with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers to design and deliver innovative, fit‑for‑purpose digital solutions.
- Engage directly with customers to understand requirements, build trust, and align solutions to their priorities.
- Simplify technical complexity and communicate clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Take full ownership of the end‑to‑end solution architecture lifecycle—from requirements gathering to solution readiness.
- Ensure designs meet security, regulatory, and compliance standards.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement, influencing better ways of working and enabling high‑quality outcomes.
- Build strong working relationships to support shared team and customer goals.
Requirements
- Advanced solution architecture experience, designing solutions aligned to enterprise architecture and integration standards.
- Strong capability in solution design, service delivery optimisation, requirements gathering, and system design.
- Proven ability to manage change, define technology strategy, and collaborate across multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Experience in risk management, technology deployment, regulatory compliance, and configuration management.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop compelling proposals.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, business analysis, and product roadmap development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Specialist Technical Expertise: Cisco SD‑WAN (advanced proficiency), Cisco WLAN, Cisco ACI Data Centre Technologies, Cisco NEXUS
