About the role

  • Work with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers to design and deliver innovative, fit‑for‑purpose digital solutions.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand requirements, build trust, and align solutions to their priorities.
  • Simplify technical complexity and communicate clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Take full ownership of the end‑to‑end solution architecture lifecycle—from requirements gathering to solution readiness.
  • Ensure designs meet security, regulatory, and compliance standards.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement, influencing better ways of working and enabling high‑quality outcomes.
  • Build strong working relationships to support shared team and customer goals.

Requirements

  • Advanced solution architecture experience, designing solutions aligned to enterprise architecture and integration standards.
  • Strong capability in solution design, service delivery optimisation, requirements gathering, and system design.
  • Proven ability to manage change, define technology strategy, and collaborate across multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Experience in risk management, technology deployment, regulatory compliance, and configuration management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop compelling proposals.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, business analysis, and product roadmap development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Specialist Technical Expertise: Cisco SD‑WAN (advanced proficiency), Cisco WLAN, Cisco ACI Data Centre Technologies, Cisco NEXUS
