About the role

  • Own and manage our commercial frameworks, ensuring they are commercially viable, strategically aligned, and operationally effective.
  • Ensure frameworks are structured and maintained to meet BT’s contractual obligations, including service levels, pricing mechanisms, and performance commitments.
  • Embed BT’s Key Controls framework across all framework-related processes, ensuring consistent application and maturity across the business unit.
  • Develop and manage renewal strategies for major frameworks, ensuring continuity of service, commercial competitiveness, and compliance.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers on all framework-related matters, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and proactive engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large-scale commercial frameworks and contract renewals in a complex business environment and driving impact.
  • Strong understanding of rate card structures, pricing negotiations, and commercial modelling.
  • Deep knowledge of contract governance, commercial risk, and internal control frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in negotiating and optimising contractual terms to support business growth and compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and governance platforms.
