Requirements
- Account Management: Ability to retain, grow, and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
- Revenue Growth: Drive new product revenue and achieve business targets.
- Strategic Planning: Create actionable account and win plans for growth and renewals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, multi-level relationships and become a trusted advisor.
- Commercial & Contract Management: Lead customer meetings, manage contracts, and handle commercial activity.
- CRM Proficiency: Accurately record and track all sales activity.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams to deliver products and services.
- Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities for value-added services and revenue growth.
- Problem-Solving & Escalation: Operate within guidelines and escalate effectively when needed.
