• You support our clients with professional questions related to SCM processes (e.g., planning, procurement/sourcing, inventory management, logistics)

Support Specialist – SCM Software, ERP and Logistics

• You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding digital archiving, document management and workflow processes
• You support the setup, maintenance and further development of digital file structures, user permissions, workflows and interfaces
• You test new software releases and feature enhancements in the DMS/ECM environment for functionality and usability
• You systematically investigate reported incidents and application errors
• You work closely with developers and test managers
• You support our customers during the deployment or expansion of DMS/ECM solutions

Payroll

• Du möchtest Unternehmen dabei unterstützen, ihre Payroll-Prozesse erfolgreich aufzusetzen und weiterzuentwickeln
• Du richtest unsere Payroll-/Baulohnlösung vollständig für Neukunden ein und führst sie strukturiert durch den gesamten Einführungsprozess.
• Du berätst Neukunden fachlich und technisch zu allen Fragen rund um die Payroll.
• Du richtest relevante Schnittstellen ein, beispielsweise zu Bewegungsdaten, Finanzbuchhaltung oder HR-Systemen.
• Du führst Präsentationstermine durch und schulst KundInnen in der Anwendung unserer Lösungen.
• Du unterstützt unser Produktmanagement, indem Du Entwicklungsvorgaben definierst und neue Funktionen oder Erweiterungen testest.
• Du steuerst Deine Projekte selbstständig, überwachst deren Fortschritt und dokumentierst alle relevanten Schritte.
• Du analysierst bestehende Payroll-Prozesse und entwickelst sie gemeinsam mit unseren KundInnen kontinuierlich weiter.
• Du beantwortest fachliche Fragestellungen kompetent und bist eine verlässliche Ansprechperson für unsere KundInnen.

Consultant, Payroll/Lohnbuchhaltung

• You are the primary point of contact for our customers regarding questions about financial and accounting processes in our software
• You will learn how to map business processes digitally and help find solutions for accounting or process-related questions
• You support the maintenance and development of our finance modules — e.g., bookkeeping, financial accounting, and payment processing
• Together with experienced colleagues, you ensure our customers keep track of their finances
• You document frequently asked questions and help create clear guides and training materials
• Gradually you will also take on customer training independently and actively contribute your expertise

• Point of contact for our clients in finance and accounting
• Professional support for the use of our financial modules on the BRZ 365 Finance platform
• Identify and escalate root causes of functional or process-related issues
