About the role
- You support companies in the implementation or migration of our payroll solution
- You analyze existing payroll processes and develop optimized workflows together with the client
- You translate payroll requirements into system configurations
- You assist with complex payroll-related accounting questions
- You conduct workshops and training sessions for users
- You work closely with IT, product development and project management
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally with construction payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
- Experience with at least one common payroll system (e.g., SAP, DATEV, P&I LOGA, ADP, etc.)
- A good understanding of payroll processes and interfaces
- Comfortable with digital tools and able to quickly and independently learn new software
- Solution-oriented thinker with a quick grasp, professional and communicative demeanor, team-oriented and advisory competence
- Willingness to travel occasionally (rarely required in practice)
- Very good German language skills
