About the role
- You advise our customers on technical questions related to supply chain processes in the construction industry
- You support the use of our SCM software solution
- You analyze error patterns and identify practical, real-world solutions
- You work closely with our consultants and product management
- You contribute your hands-on experience to continuously improve our software
- You assist with testing, releases and functional enhancements
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain management, dispatching, logistics or production planning
- Understanding of process flows along the value chain
- Interest in IT, software and digital solutions
- Analytical mindset and enjoyment in solving problems in a structured way
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Very good German language skills (at least C1)
