Report to the Practice Manager of Enterprise Application Integration
Be proactive and serve as the Client's advocate during engagements
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integration processes using Dell Boomi or Celigo Platform
Act as subject matter expert and key contributor to service transition and service delivery
Lead technical discovery and requirements gathering workshops
Translate complex business requirements into technical designs
Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support technical design
Maximize team performance through an effective team approach
Provide development team with EAI technical subject matter expertise
Manage engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting
Mentor, develop, and proactively support practice capabilities

Requirements

7+ years’ experience architecting, implementing, and deploying cloud-based solutions at the enterprise level
4+ years of engagement-based consulting experience
8+ full life cycle implementations
Strong project management and technical experience in large-scale projects
Strong knowledge across all enterprise applications and integration
Expertise in cloud applications such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Amazon, Google, Magento, Shopify
Previous experience with sales and organic business development
Demonstrated professional growth and the proven ability to work cross-functionally
Extensive experience with managing people, including mentoring and leadership skills
Background in full stack software engineering and agile delivery
Expertise in business operations (RFP, SOW, margins, utilization)
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels
