About the role

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and product performance metrics.
  • Category Strategy Support: Assist in the development and implementation of category strategies to optimize product assortments and maximize profitability.
  • Project Assistance: Participate in special projects related to category management, including new product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Internship project to include: Operate in a global teaming model
  • Supporting current products and launching new products in a diverse product portfolio
  • Actively participate in the robust process of launching a new product in the market and assist with creating promotional activities that out stand the competition
  • Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Previous internship or relevant experience in retail, marketing, or supply chain management is a plus but not required.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for category management.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States immediately, without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Preferred Qualifications: The ability to coordinate numerous projects in a professional and ethical manner. Previous experience in manufacturing setting preferred. Working knowledge of appropriate engineering principles.
  • Must be a self-starter capable of working both independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Must be willing to work more than 40 hours per week periodically to complete the job.
