Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and product performance metrics.
Category Strategy Support: Assist in the development and implementation of category strategies to optimize product assortments and maximize profitability.
Project Assistance: Participate in special projects related to category management, including new product launches, and promotional activities.
Internship project to include: Operate in a global teaming model
Supporting current products and launching new products in a diverse product portfolio
Actively participate in the robust process of launching a new product in the market and assist with creating promotional activities that out stand the competition

Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Previous internship or relevant experience in retail, marketing, or supply chain management is a plus but not required.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for category management.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States immediately, without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications: The ability to coordinate numerous projects in a professional and ethical manner. Previous experience in manufacturing setting preferred. Working knowledge of appropriate engineering principles.
Must be a self-starter capable of working both independently, as well as part of a team.
Must be willing to work more than 40 hours per week periodically to complete the job.
