About the role
- Handling grievances, workplace conflicts and policy violations from intake to final resolution
- Ensuring strict adherence to regional labor laws and global internal policies
- Leading high-stakes investigations into harassment, discrimination, retaliation and misconduct
- Leading the design and execution of internal and external HR audit programs to identify risks and ensure 100% adherence to statutory requirements
- Developing, streamlining and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the ER lifecycle to ensure consistency, scalability and operational excellence
- Collaborating with HRBPs on corrective actions, performance improvement plans (PIPs) and behavioral concerns
- Overseeing the compliance and documentation for international transfers and immigration requirements
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years focused on ER and 3+ years in an HRBP/Generalist capacity
- Proven track record in managing large-scale audit programs and strengthening HR operations through rigorous compliance reviews
- Demonstrated ability to draft and implement SOPs that improve efficiency and mitigate legal risks
- Unique emotional maturity and the ability to act as a culture champion in sensitive situations
- Hands-on experience supporting a workforce of up to 2,000 employees
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM) is a plus
