About the role
- Configure, develop and maintain Dynamics 365 components including model-driven and canvas apps
- Develop plugins and custom controls and implement Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Automate, and Flows
- Write unit and integration tests within an automation framework
- Lead the design and architecture of complex Dynamics 365 solutions
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, providing technical expertise and support
- Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize existing processes and propose innovative solutions
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment and coach team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in D365 or related development environment
- Knowledge of C#, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript or other programming languages
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 customizations (preferred)
- Experienced in working within an "AGILE + DevOps" process management methodology
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban (preferred)
- Solid understanding of insurance business processes and industry-specific challenges (preferred)
- Experience mentoring and leading developers, conducting code reviews, and designing architecture
