About the role

Configure, develop and maintain Dynamics 365 components including model-driven and canvas apps
Develop plugins and custom controls and implement Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Automate, and Flows
Write unit and integration tests within an automation framework
Lead the design and architecture of complex Dynamics 365 solutions
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, providing technical expertise and support
Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize existing processes and propose innovative solutions
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment and coach team members

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
5+ years' experience in D365 or related development environment
Knowledge of C#, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript or other programming languages
Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 customizations (preferred)
Experienced in working within an "AGILE + DevOps" process management methodology
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban (preferred)
Solid understanding of insurance business processes and industry-specific challenges (preferred)
Experience mentoring and leading developers, conducting code reviews, and designing architecture
