About the role
- Cold calling, lead research, and networking to find potential clients.
- Presenting LTC products and services to potential clients.
- Suggesting suitable LTC solutions tailored to client needs.
- Educating prospects about LTC insurance.
- Engaging with clients via email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
- Establishing positive relationships with clients.
- Creating own proposals, preparing quotes, sales presentations, and updating CRM tools.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience in networking, developing leads, and researching potential clients.
- Ability to obtain a producer’s license within 3 months after hire.
- Prior sales experience in a related employee benefits field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Time management and adaptability.
