Help new customers establish platform credentials with our various partners.
Assist customers with updating or changing their contact information.
Process user changes, terminations and transfers between agencies.
Collect proper documentation and forms to maintain customer files accurately and consistently in accordance with department workflows and procedures.
Provide clear communication and documentation of workflow status.
Pursue a program of personal and professional development.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
Working knowledge of carrier websites (preferred)
Experience with Agency Management Software Systems
