• Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Senior Vice President of Brooks Global Customer Operations.
• Manage schedule, including the planning and notification of meetings and appointments.
• Use independent judgment in setting priorities and proposing alternatives to meetings.
• Actively support disciplined execution of the Brooks Management System.
• Screen incoming calls, expediting priority matters and independently handling calls as appropriate.
• Review incoming correspondence; initiate first response and route as appropriate.
• Handle inquiries from external constituents.
• Coordinate and prepare reports and presentations.
• Maintain and organize file systems.
• Arrange travel and process expense reports.
• Process invoices and check requests for payments.
• Coordinate and organize special events and projects.
• Be a professional representative for the Management team and especially for the SVP to employees and external partners.

Content Manager

• Extract strong benefit driven content and positioning from product management, engineering, applications, sales and service teams to create clear, differentiated, and persuasive messaging for technical and business audiences.
• Develop and execute a content strategy that supports business objectives, product launches, customer engagement, and market positioning.
• Create high-quality content to be used in customer-facing presentations, white papers, application notes, case studies, executive and investor presentations, campaign assets, video scripts, and sales enablement materials.
• Ensure all content reflects brand standards, voice, tone, positioning, and messaging consistency across global markets and customer touchpoints.
• Manage project timelines, content reviews, stakeholder approvals, and cross-functional deliverables in a deadline-driven environment, owning outcomes and delivering on commitments even when priorities shift or barriers arise.
• Monitor content performance and use analytics, customer insights, and campaign data to continuously improve content effectiveness and business impact.

Marketing Content Development Manager

Field Engineer

• Perform complex customer support activities involving the installation, modification, repair and preventive maintenance of Brooks’ equipment and systems.
• Isolate and resolve complex equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective action.
• May act as Local / Shift / Site Lead to coordinate work direction for other Service Engineers.
• Lead / perform in the installation, modification, repair, testing, upgrade, conduct preventive diagnosis, perform maintenance on the software and hardware of the equipment and systems.
• Interface with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with equipment and service levels.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by conforming at all times to Brooks and customer’s work protocols and policies.
• Train Brooks and customer personnel in equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Mentor and train less experienced Service Engineers.
