💰 CA$74,800 - CA$91,400 per year

About the role

  • Provide guidance and direction to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, disability management, and interpretation of company policies
  • Actively participate in the resolution of conflicts, complaints or problems
  • Ensure consistent understanding and delivery of HR policies and programs within the assigned client group
  • Support the acquisition and integration process within the assigned client group
  • Lead or participate in the review of current human resources management programs and practices
  • Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related area
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience preferred
  • CPHR is required (or in progress)
  • Experience in developing and delivering HR training programs to a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects successfully in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Knowledge of Employment Legislation
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative, flexible and have a business-oriented outlook
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed team members, management and stakeholders
