About the role
- Strategic planning: Co-develop & manage the short and long-term strategic roadmap
- Partner with the business to develop strategic priorities and business unit level strategy
- Conduct insights – analyze the market, competitors and business to provide key insights and recommendations
- Advise partners in setting their strategic, financial and operational goals with a focus on performance, growth and profitability
- Support special projects and problem solving, as needed
- Governance-related reporting: Oversee and monitor implementation of the strategic roadmap
- Assist with preparation and management of governance reporting (Board, C-suite)
- C-suite presentations
- Improve performance monitoring
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant experience preferred
- Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with strong storytelling abilities
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strategy development, business & financial acumen (financial analysis proficiency preferred)
- Highly adaptable with an ability to manage multiple priorities at once and to learn quickly
- Solid project management capabilities
