About the role
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
- Ensure the efficient management of inventory
- Lead the warehouse team
- Support construction teams by ensuring timely delivery of materials
- Maintain optimal stock levels
- Streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Foster a collaborative environment
- Work closely with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- High school Diploma or Trade School Diploma
- Progressive warehouse leadership experience (5+ years)
- Hands-on warehouse experience with daily operations and equipment handling
- Construction Industry Knowledge is a strong asset
- Experience managing teams, conducting performance reviews and developing the team
- Valid driver’s license and knowledge of MTO regulations and legislation.
