Customer Success Manager

• Own the end-to-end success of a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers
• Lead onboarding and implementation for multi-location operators, ensuring fast time-to-value
• Drive adoption and measurable ROI by helping customers operationalize Voice AI across their businesses
• Partner with Sales and leadership to support expansions from pilot programs to full portfolio rollouts
• Build trusted relationships with operators, call center leaders, and executive stakeholders
• Proactively identify risk and opportunity using usage data, performance metrics, and customer feedback
• Act as the voice of the customer, translating insights into product improvements and roadmap priorities

Implementation Specialist

• Lead onboarding for new customers, setting up their AI agents to handle calls, book jobs, and integrate with CRMs like ServiceTitan.
• Customize prompt flows and voice logic to match each business’s tone, processes, and goals.
• Train owners and office managers on best practices, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor early adoption closely, identify risks, and ensure accounts hit key milestones in the first 30–60 days.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to share customer feedback and improve AI behavior and workflows.

• Own the commercial relationship with largest enterprise customers and PE-backed groups
• Manage and grow strategic accounts across PE-backed groups and roll-ups
• Turn 3-location pilots into 200-location rollouts and expand across portfolios
• Drive renewals, expansions, and upsells across existing portfolios
• Partner with Customer Success to package proof points and ROI into expansion deals
• Build relationships with group-level executives (finance, ops, call center leaders)
• Negotiate 6–7 figure enterprise contracts and umbrella MSAs
• Carry quota and drive enterprise expansion strategy
