Accounting Manager

• Administer end-to-end payroll through Rippling, including new hire setup, terminations, pay changes, benefits deductions, and off-cycle payments.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of U.S. federal, state, and local payroll taxes, including registrations, filings, and remittances in new states as the company grows.
• Monitor multi-state payroll tax compliance and stay current on changing state tax rules.
• Reconcile payroll runs against the general ledger and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and subscription upgrades/downgrades, coordinating with Sales and Support as needed.
• Maintain documentation for payroll and tax processes, and identify opportunities to automate or streamline recurring work.
• Support year-end tax activities, including W-2s, 1099s, and state annual filings.
• Process employee expense reimbursements and manage day-to-day corporate card administration through Brex.

Account Manager

• Build and own the PE relationship engine: Own Broccoli's relationships across the GPs, operating partners, and value creation teams that matter most in home services, cultivating and deepening them so Broccoli is the first call when AI comes up
• Work directly with our CEO: Partner on the highest-stakes PE relationships, owning the prep, the narrative, and the follow-through on every conversation that matters
• Own the value creation narrative: Build and maintain the materials PE firms need to champion Broccoli internally: EBITDA frameworks, ROI models, and transformation stories that translate what we do on the ground into language that moves sponsors
• Own our events strategy: Decide which conferences and summits Broccoli attends and which ones we host, and partner with our team to execute the dinners and gatherings that put the right people in the room

• Own and optimize HubSpot and other GTM systems
• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and KPI tracking
• Develop forecasting processes and pipeline visibility
• Improve lead routing, territory management, and account ownership rules
• Partner with leadership on revenue planning and performance analysis
• Identify bottlenecks throughout the sales funnel and implement improvements
• Support compensation tracking and commission calculations
• Manage integrations between CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and AI tools
• Create and maintain process documentation and sales playbooks
• Drive data hygiene and CRM governance across the organization
• Support onboarding and enablement initiatives for SDRs and AEs
