About the role
- Own end-to-end product delivery for post-trade capital markets products
- Gather requirements from clients and stakeholders and produce reports
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and implement solutions
- Write user stories with BDD acceptance criteria and collaborate in Agile teams
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Support user acceptance testing and address queries
- Work closely with clients, development, QA, and implementation teams
- Gather technical specifications to enable product development
- Provide informal guidance to new team members and collaborate across stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience working on business/product analysis
- 2 to 3 years of experience in capital markets domain
- Capital markets domain experience, especially Post Trade
- Product owner expertise an added advantage
- Proven track record managing entire product lifecycles from requirements to delivery
- Understanding of North American/European Capital Markets, Fixed Income & Equity Brokerage Operations
- Experience evaluating business processes and implementing solutions
- Experience writing user stories including acceptance criteria in BDD format
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Ability to conduct meetings and presentations and produce reports
- Excellent time management, analytical, written & oral communication, decision-making and planning skills
- BTech/BE/MBA or equivalent discipline
- Ability to work hands-on and own end-to-end product delivery
- Experience collaborating with Management, Product Management, Development, QA and Implementation teams
