About the role
- Support the creation, implementation and management of GTO short-term and long-term growth initiatives with a primary focus on revenue generation and profitability
- Assist in developing new market initiatives and assessing business opportunities through research and data analysis
- Support senior business development leaders in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities in collaboration with GTO business unit leaders and the corporate M&A team
- Contribute to governance and monitoring of business development initiatives to ensure business performance and compliance
- Assist in performing financial feasibility studies and help evaluate new business opportunities
- Support the identification and development of new market, product and growth opportunities in conjunction with the GTO management team and business unit leaders
- Research and analyze market, client and industry trends that impact GTO growth plans and help recommend solutions
- Help identify and qualify attractive market segments and adjacencies for growth investment
- Build working relationships with key stakeholders across business units and corporate functions to support alignment of GTO strategies
- Assist in organizing and creating presentations for various levels of management
Requirements
- 5-7 years in financial services or related industry
- Exposure to Wealth and Investment Management preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
- Consulting, investment banking, or financial analysis experience a plus
- Knowledge of AI and digital assets is helpful
- Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Ability to collaborate across teams and business units
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for analysis and presentations
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
