About the role

  • Drive operational excellence and streamline processes
  • Partner closely with the SIS General Manager, Product Management, Technology and global Centers of Excellence (COEs)
  • Deliver T&M revenue and higher production service value to clients
  • Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Manage business specific client facing teams and actively participate in client-facing governance meetings
  • Optimize team structures and service models for best-in-class client outcomes
  • Define and implement strategies to improve timeliness, quality, and client experience of production services
  • Enhance management processes, analytics, and reporting structures for operational and financial visibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years in business or operational leadership roles within Financial Services, Fintech, or Technology sectors
  • Proven track record leading-scale transformation initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Strong program management capabilities with disciplined execution and proactive leadership
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills within a matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and directly manage high-performing teams
  • Deep understanding of multi-product portfolios across multiple market sectors
