About the role
- Support full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and candidate tracking
- Oversee applicant tracking activities ensuring accurate job postings, organized candidate pipelines, and timely communication throughout the hiring process
- Support the planning and execution of the summer internship program, including survey coordination, event scheduling, and logistics
- Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and ensure a strong experience
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needs and timelines
- Assist with offer processes, onboarding coordination, and recruiting administration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of recruiting, coordination, or talent acquisition experience (early talent or campus recruiting preferred)
- Demonstrated experience supporting high-volume recruitment cycles
- Experience using ATS and CRM platforms (Workday preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage effectively with candidates, campus partners, and internal stakeholders
