About the role
- Build trusted, executive-level relationships across Healthcare, Utilities, Telecom, and Insurance clients.
- Act as a strategic advisor, driving long-term retention and client satisfaction.
- Own renewals, pricing, and commercial negotiations to protect and grow recurring revenue.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities across Broadridge’s full portfolio.
- Develop and execute account strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and close business.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account plans in CRM.
- Travel to clients and industry events to deepen relationships and advance opportunities.
- Champion a collaborative, relationship-first sales culture.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B relationship sales or account management experience.
- Proven success growing and retaining complex, enterprise accounts.
- Strong negotiation skills and executive presence.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Experience managing multiple strategic accounts.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort using CRM tools and modern collaboration platforms.
