About the role
- Manage the administration and related data analysis of merit and short- and long-term incentive programs
- Prepare and deploy communications for compensation programs
- Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis, and gathering internal/external pay data for off-cycle market adjustments, promotions and new hire offers
- Analyze salary data and developing / maintaining pay structures
- Prepare analyses and reports to support the HR Business Partners and senior leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 8+ years' experience in Broad-based Compensation required
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI, Workday and/or Payfactors a plus, but not required
