About the role
- Manage client projects from inception through completion, focusing on direct mail, print, and marketing deliverables.
- Coordinate all aspects of job setup, scheduling, production, and delivery across internal departments and external vendors.
- Partner closely with sales, production, and technical teams to ensure accurate execution of client specifications.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, taking proactive action to address issues and meet client expectations.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, project transparency, and high satisfaction levels.
- Liaise between clients, sales, creative, production, and technology teams to support seamless project flow.
- Facilitate discussions around design requirements, print specifications, and data preparation for mail services.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support delivery excellence.
- Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their marketing goals and ensuring successful campaign execution.
- Provide consultative guidance on best practices in marketing mail, direct mail production, and print solutions.
- Troubleshoot project challenges and escalate as necessary to ensure resolutions that maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience managing direct mail, printing, or marketing service projects required
- Strong understanding of print production workflows, mailing requirements, and marketing campaign execution
- Familiarity with graphics and creative file preparation preferred
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
