- Lead transformation and strategic change initiatives across Corporate Services
- Act as the bridge between strategy and delivery
- Take ownership of complex programmes and projects
- Ensure they deliver business value and align with organisational priorities
- Accountable for the full lifecycle of delivery
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams and external partners
- Translate strategic intent into structured delivery plans
- Define programme and project scopes and manage dependencies across teams
