About the role

  • Lead our efforts in delivering world-class Policy Management and Billing features within our software suite
  • Drive the strategic direction of these key product areas, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability, functionality, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, deep understanding of customer and internal stakeholder feedback
  • Conduct "a-day-in-the-life" exercises, customer interviews
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and driving iterative enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science related field
  • 3+ years of progressive technical product management experience within the SaaS space
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience, supporting a complex product
  • Strong working knowledge of AI tools and the ability to integrate them into product discovery, documentation, and execution workflows to accelerate delivery and improve decision quality
  • Analytical skills and ability to derive insights from customer feedback, usage data, and market research to drive product decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and influence key stakeholders
  • Passion for user-centric design and a commitment to improving product usability and customer satisfaction
  • Experience with failure (e.g. product launch) and ability to course correct
