Supports planning, development, launch, and post-launch support (LCM) of digital health products or services.
Creates and executes an actionable plan for the development and commercialization of digital health solutions such as patient or provider facing applications, AI-based algorithms & tools, digital diagnostics, clinical decision support, patient engagement, remote patient monitoring solutions to support the BMS DH portfolio.
Acts as an integrator within the program team to ensure alignment and connect best practices.
Supports the creation of KPIs to measure and track program milestones and deliverables.
Creates appropriate dashboards and visualizations to communicate program status to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Facilitates effective, science-based business decisions including the development of scenarios as needed.
Ensures all decisions are captured and assessed regarding their impacts and communicates to stakeholders in a transparent and timely manner.
Develops and promotes a workplace culture that values diversity of thought and creates an atmosphere that supports coaching and fosters accountability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, computer science, engineering, healthcare, data science, or relevant discipline
6+ years of experience in product management including Agile in the pharmaceutical, MedTech, or life sciences industry; Digital product development or commercialization expertise preferred
Expertise in leading complex data analytics, product development, software engineering programs in a pharmaceutical company or healthcare is desirable
Successful track record of leading through influence and working across complex, global organizational matrices
