About the role
- Blend liquid alts and hedge fund expertise with a passion for delivering results
- Partner with other leaders to influence the broader strategic decisions and roadmaps
- Set the mission, and bring the squad together to execute specific results
- Ensure alignment on the “what” and “when” of the work performed by the squad through ongoing planning and prioritization
- Provide critical alternatives subject matter expertise and context to accelerate the product roadmap
- Work in partnership with the Alternatives Product Area Leader and other agile squads
- Measure performance through established critical metrics
- Define, present, and evaluate results against agreed acceptance criteria
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years’ experience preferred including alternatives products servicing with an asset manager, fund administration firm or custodian
- Advanced knowledge of broad and deep operations of liquid alts/ hedge fund products including derivatives/swaps and fund structures associated with this segment
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- CAIA and /or CFA is a plus
- Agile and Jira experience required
