About the role
- Blend private credit expertise with a passion for delivering results
- Partner with leaders to influence broader strategic decisions
- Ensure alignment on the "what" and "when" of the work performed by the squad
- Provide critical alternatives subject matter expertise
- Promote and sustain an innovative agile culture
- Measure performance through established critical metrics
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience preferred including alternatives products servicing with an asset manager, fund administration firm or custodian
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced knowledge of broad and deep operations of private credit products including bank loans, direct lending and collateralized loans obligations (CLOs) as well as fund structures associated with this segment
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Agile and Jira experience required
- CAIA and /or CFA is a plus
