About the role

Conduct full cycle recruiting end to end; including candidate sourcing, application reviews, recruiting coordination, screening interviews, and high touch candidate management through the interview cycle
Manage all aspects of candidate pipeline activity and maintain data integrity within the ATS, proactively sharing data-centric updates with Director of TA and hiring managers
Develop innovative and organized candidate sourcing strategies using multiple channels including referral generation, sourcing campaigns, and other creative channels to support hiring goals
Create an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer, acting as a candidate advisor and advocate throughout the hiring process
Work with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration and teamwork to hire the best talent for our team

5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
Proven track record of meeting hiring goals across Data Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering
In-house recruiting experience at small to mid-sized tech companies
Deep experience with sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems
Advanced-level experience with Ashby strongly preferred
Excellent communication, writing, negotiation, interpersonal, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and roles simultaneously
Strong sense of urgency and flexibility
