Technical Account Manager

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for marquee enterprise customers.
• Develop deep knowledge of the customer’s architecture, priorities, and success metrics.
• Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders, leadership, and executive sponsors.
• Act as a strategic advisor, aligning Brightspot capabilities with customer needs.
• Document and track near-term and mid-term strategic goals
• Lead technical conversations around architecture, integrations, scalability, performance, and best practices.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable plans for Engineering and Product teams.
• Facilitate design discussions and solution reviews.
• Proactively identify risks and coordinate mitigation strategies.
• Perform light technical configuration changes when appropriate.
• Own and lead bridge calls during priority incidents.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure rapid resolution.
• Provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Conduct post-incident reviews, including root cause summaries and action tracking.
• Schedule and lead recurring technical reviews, roadmap discussions, and executive updates.
• Drive agendas, document decisions and action items, and ensure accountability.
• Maintain visibility into open issues, enhancements, and ongoing initiatives.
• Track commitments and ensure delivery against milestones.
• Act as a professional and transparent ambassador for Brightspot.
• Advocate internally for customer priorities while protecting engineering focus.
• Partner with Sales to identify growth opportunities within the account.
• Improve coordination and communication between the customer and internal teams.

Marketing Operations

• Own and optimize our MarTech stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, GA4, and other core marketing systems
• Serve as the backbone of marketing performance measurement by delivering reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership
• Analyze pipeline, funnel performance, and marketing attribution across complex B2B sales cycles
• Build and automate scalable workflows that improve efficiency across Marketing and Sales operations
• Leverage automation and AI to enhance lead routing, data enrichment, segmentation, and campaign execution
• Maintain data integrity across systems, managing integrations to ensure a reliable single source of truth while supporting global compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
• Lead experimentation with AI-driven tools and frameworks, including measuring LLM performance, output quality, and attribution
• Partner closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to ensure data and insights directly support pipeline and revenue growth

Marketing Operations Manager

Security Engineer

• Lead and continuously improve Brightspot’s security posture across infrastructure, applications, and internal systems by designing secure architectures, identifying and remediating vulnerabilities, strengthening authentication and secret management practices, and implementing effective network and firewall controls.
• Embed security into engineering workflows by integrating controls into CI/CD and QA pipelines, automating guardrails and monitoring through scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code practices, and improving alerting and production observability.
• Operationalize compliance and risk management efforts, including SOC 2 Type 2 controls, ensuring security processes are implemented in practice while evaluating and strengthening existing tooling and overall security maturity.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Platform, QA, and IT teams to communicate risks clearly, implement practical security solutions, and establish security as a shared responsibility across the organization.

Director

• Provide a constantly maintained, comprehensive 360-degree view of all active projects and portfolio health
• Publish and maintain a single, accurate source of truth for the Services and Revenue teams across all active projects and deals
• Build compelling decks and professional presentations for internal leadership and external executive stakeholders
• Coordinate and drive productive weekly cross-functional meetings
• Join high-value customer and prospect meetings to capture critical strategic insights
• Run high-impact brainstorming and working sessions directly with customers and prospects
• Partner with Revenue leadership to drive the 'selling of services'
• Own the 'Health of the Business' reporting
• Build and present professional decks for external stakeholders
• Drive consistency in how we scope, present, and report on work
• Work closely with the CRO, COO, and Services Leads to identify expansion opportunities

Senior Director, Professional Services Consulting

• Own and continuously improve Brightspot’s overall security posture across platform, infrastructure, and internal systems
• Conduct a comprehensive security audit of the Brightspot ecosystem and define a roadmap for strengthening security practices
• Lead and maintain security compliance initiatives including SOC 2, GDPR, and other enterprise security frameworks
• Design and implement security architecture, controls, and automation across cloud infrastructure and development workflows
• Build and operate internal security monitoring and incident response capabilities
• Implement and manage firewalls, access controls, secrets management, and network security policies
• Partner with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure software development and deployment practices
• Support the Sales organization in enterprise and government sales cycles, positioning Brightspot as an industry-leading secure platform
• Work directly with enterprise and government customers to address security reviews, audits, and technical due diligence
• Establish clear security metrics, reporting, and improvement plans
• Lead and mentor security team members as the function grows
