Administer and optimize enterprise systems including Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, AWS, Atlassian, JumpCloud, NinjaOne, and other platforms in use across the organization.
Manage the configuration, availability, and performance of all SaaS and back‑end systems.
Provide senior‑level support for escalated issues across infrastructure and SaaS applications.
Manage Microsoft Entra identities, conditional access, MFA, SSO, RBAC, and lifecycle processes.
Administer device management across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, using Intune, NinjaOne and PatchMyPC.

Requirements

5–8+ years of enterprise IT systems administration experience.
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, AWS, ServiceNow, Atlassian, or equivalent enterprise technologies.
Professional certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, ITIL) preferred.
Experience with endpoint management, identity governance, security administration, and cloud operations.
